Treaty council meeting Feb. 22

WOUNDED KNEE — The Black Hills Sioux Nation Treaty Council "Teton Oglala Ospaye Omniciye' will be meeting on Sunday, Feb. 22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Wounded Knee District School in Manderson.

All concerned members are encouraged to attend and provide input. The agenda includes a No to Tribal Incorporation, update on mining treaty territory and reports from Oglala treaty council delegates. IHOP Pancake Benefit Day

The IHOP restaurant in Rapid City will celebrate National Pancake Day by raising money for Children's Miracle Network (CMN). As part of the celebration on

Tuesday, Feb. 24, IHOP will invite guests to enjoy a

free short stack of IHOP buttermilk pancakes from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. In return, IHOP guests will be asked to

make a donation to CMN. The Rapid City IHOP is

located at 550 Disk Dr.
