Thankful to RST for hospitablity Dear Editor: I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Council and Chairman Rodney Bordeaux and the many others who made my visit and presentation hospitable and successful on Feb. 12.. I have been long associated with the RST on a variety of occasions to consult them on the security needs challenging this valiant community. In my capacity as an international security consultant, I was invited to present an initiative that would address and perhaps remedy the concerns this RST government have for their constituents. I am most appreciative of the generosity afforded me by President Rodney Bordeaux, Professor Victor Douville, Chris Bordeaux, Philemon Two Eagle, Roy Spotted War Bonnet, Dr. Archie Beauvais, and so many others who took the time to guide me on the path associated to the "Okolakiciye" traditions. I am encouraged by the thoughtfulness, care and concern demonstrated by the RST council as demonstrated by their questions and comportment during this session. I am glad to report your community can be proud of their professionalism and leadership.
