ROSEBUD - Despite a civil complaint filed on behalf of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe naming Louis "Wayne" Boyd as a defendant, the Rosebud Sioux tribal council took no action to remove the tribal treasurer from his position. WASHINGTON - On Thursday, Feb. 26, the Senate Indian Affairs Committee held an oversight hearing to address the growing number of suicides in Indian Country.
