Rosebud files complaint against BBC
ROSEBUD - Despite a civil complaint filed on behalf of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe naming Louis "Wayne" Boyd as a defendant, the Rosebud Sioux tribal council took no action to remove the tribal treasurer from his position.
