Do foot prints belong to Big Foot? PINE RIDGE RESERVATION - Photographs taken of large footprints last month near Pine Ridge allegedly belong to "Bigfoot." The footprints were found on land belonging to Charles Waters.
She lives near Wolf Creek Community building east of Pine Ridge. "I don't know what it looks like because I have never seen it, but I think it may have killed our dogs in the past. Once we had a dog named Angus and we found him with his head twisted around. Whatever killed him tore his throat out. There were also wounds on his stomach." "We live on a flat area of the prairie. I hear the Bigfoot like to hang around trees, maybe they have a trail that runs near our place," she said. "One time the Bigfoot was right outside the house, my daughter looked out the window and saw it standing next to the van. She said it had red eyes." In addition, the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization outlines reports of several sightings near BIA highways 14 and 27, which is locally known as gooseneck road. The website states: "The creature appears to be seven to nine feet tall and has left a couple of footprints that measured 18 inches long and 7 inches wide. It stands up straight and has a slight hunch when walking. It has often been seen running at high speed, too quickly to follow." It was also noted that "the area seems to be its home stomping ground. Sightings were reported in this same area in the 1960's." For more detailed reports visit: http://www.bfro.net/GDB /show_report.asp?id=5173 |
