EAGLE BUTTE Stanley Howard, 57, Eagle Butte formerly of Wakpala, die Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, in Bismarck, N.D. An all night wake with prayer services was held Friday, Nov. 13, at the Old Agency. A procession met at the 4 mile junc tion. Services were at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, a St. Elizabeth's Episcop Church in Wakpala. Burial be at St. Elizabeth's Cem Stout Family Funeral Home of Mobridge was in charge of arrangements.
