Reservation Wide Veterans Meetings The 5th member's office will be holding meetings in the districts concerning Vet's health care issues, discharge upgrades, and update on the military veterans cemetary project as follows: Feb 2 - Porcupine, Feb 3 - Wakpamni, Feb 4 - Pine Ridge, Feb 5 - White Clay, Feb 8 - LaCreek, Feb 9 - Wounded Knee. Boys & Girls Clubs of Rosebud The Boys and Girls Clubs of Rosebud will be holding their annual meeting and board elections on Friday, Febuary 5 at 6:30 PM at the SGU Multipurpose Building.

21st Annual Queen City Classic Basketball Tournament March 26-28 in Spearfish. Teams from Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, Nebraska and South Dakota are expected to play in the tournament. Registration fee is $130 per team, will all teams guaranteed three games. The tournament is open for girls and boys in grades four through 11. Deadline for entry into the tournament is March 13. Wounded Knee Memorial Motorcycle Run The Wounded Knee Memorial Motorcycle Run will be held Friday, August 6 through Saturday, August 7, 2010. The run which honors the trail of Chief Big Foot will begin in Ft. Yates, North Dakota, continue to Eagle Butte, South Dakota and end in Wounded Knee.
